| The concern of a video game based on real life war event originally published by Konami and was dropped in April ‘09. Konami dropped its support due to the rejection of military families that disagreed on the survival horror game. That is to recent, to close to home and hearts. The game is based on Operation Phantom Fury. The Second Battle of Fallujah also code-named Operation Al-Fajr was a joint U.S.-Iraqi offensive in 2004 against the Iraqi insurgence stronghold in the city of Fallujah.. The military compared it as the “heaviest urban combat…” since the Vietnam conflict involved in the Battle of Hue City ‘68. Even though Konami is no longer interested, Atomic Games still see promise and the project is open for prospective publishers. |
