FFXIV: The Inhabitants

Races

 

The Lalafell: Half the size of human. Originally agriculturalists found Erozea by trade route. They are known as cunning intellects.
The Roegadyn: Are enormous, muscular build race who is known for there cultural emphasis on competition and unflinching courage.
The Elezen: Is known to be noble and refined. In another life the Elezen claimed sole dominion over Eorzea ordained by the gods.
The Hyur: The largest populated race that migrated to Eorzea in waves. They brung technology. They are known for their variety of languages and conviction in individual freedoms.
Beastiary
So the hunt is on. Which is part of an adventurers routine. There are a variety of unusual looking beast to pelt, feed one self, or for trade. There is also gathering ingredients for alchemy.

FFXIV: Eorzea History

Final Fantasy XIV is slant for a 2010 release date. For the PC: Windows and PlayStation 3. A MMORPG game.
Crossing Hydaelyn, the wandering tribes arrived in Eorzea. The deities who ruled the continent and surrounding island was once empty. They was impressed with the new arrivals and in their mercy ensure their welfare. The god and goddess was known as the Twelve and thrived by them. Until the several independent city-state emerged.
Eorzea history was stained with war and strife for generations. Then came the treat from the east. Metal-clad warrior appeared in fleets of airships. The remaining nation forge an loose alliance. But they never came and the empire left. From that the “Age of Calm” arrived. The alliance fortify their defenses and mobilize armies to defend the treat from the east. And form a network of guild to off set the problem with mercenary. Due to the city personal army. Leaving hired sword to villainy to survive. To have a chance to redeem themselves a new industry emerged. “Adventuring.”

Eorzea comprise of the continent and its surrounding islands. Features several independent city-state, such as a pirate hub, desert city, or a city deep within an ageless wood. Climate for the region varies from mild weather to harsh conditions. The races that inhabits the regions is the Lalafell. Half the size of humans. The enormous, and muscular Roegadyn, The refined and noble Elezen and last to mention the Hyur. The largest populated race.
