Concern Over the PSP Go for Retailers

Published by susanmoore under PSP go Edit This

psp-go.jpg  Concern over the PSP Go for retailers. Especially from speciality stores that really make the majority of the money from games. Not from the consoles or handhelds. The PSP Go is targeted to those that enjoy a digital lifestyle. With 16 GB for downloading not only games from the PlayStation Network via the PC or PlayStation 3. Which by the way recently adding improvements such as Media Go. Which need to be downloaded to the PC for free. Watch music videos, full-feature films from the well knowms, and full-length episodes from anime to television shows. That can be connected from PC to PSP by UBS cable. So with the consumers buying this device for the intention of downloading and the need for UMDs being unnecessary, where do the profits come in for retailer that make its living off gamers? On the European side, retailers may not sell the portable due to the uncertainty of what the digital downloading may cost to the retailers. But Sony plans is that both the PSP-3000 and the PSP Go will continue to be available for the gaming community.
